2021 Infrastructure Development Report

The Construction Programs Bureau (CPB) manages three funding sources, Capital Outlay Appropriations, the Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund Program, and the Rural Infrastructure Program. CPB engineering staff provide technical oversight for these funding programs as well as for programs funded by the New Mexico Finance Authority (NMFA) for water, wastewater, drainage, watershed restoration and solid waste projects. Over $35 million was disbursed from the directly managed programs and over $43 million was disbursed from the NMFA programs in calendar year 2021.
