The red enchiladas are not too spicy and come boxed and ready to go with sides and drinks. The meals are picked up at the Park Junior High School’s Cafeteria. Hand your tickets to the ticket agents at the door and jump in line to have your enchiladas boxed up by staff and administration personnel of the schools.
Next, is the 10 year class reunion of 2011’s graduated seniors. The graduated seniors will celebrate their reunion all weekend beginning with the Homecoming Parade on Friday. Sandwiches will be served to attendees at the Bulldog Bowl prior to walking with the class float in the parade as a non-judged float entry. The theme of this year’s parade is the “Greatest Show on the Turf” and should make for an exciting event down Main Street. Catch the parade Friday at 4pm to watch the 2011 Seniors and many more! After the parade, the class will receive recognition during the game.
On Saturday the 25th the 2011 class will have a dinner and a dance. Joslyn Rodriquez, class president and art instructor at Zia Intermediate School, weighs in with more details:
“Sun Country Homes and Gardens will host the dinner and the dance in one of their greenhouses strung with lights,” she says. The ambiance of the planned evening should be stunning. On the Go Photo Booth will be on hand to capture memories of the evening with unlimited photos, and DJ Drowzzy Drew will keep everyone out on the dance floor. Guadalupe Mountain Brewing will serve a selection of wine and beer in the greenhouse, and green and red enchiladas with rice and beans is on the menu!
