Friday 6/24/2022 begins the exciting new lunch concept to sweep Artesia: Food Truck Eats and Adobe Rose Drinks! The creative partnership between the Adobe Rose Restaurant, the Artesia Chamber of Commerce, and the local food truck community will greatly expand options for lunch on Mondays and Fridays! 

 

How it works:

 

Run your eyes over the parking lot of the Adobe Rose Restaurant and choose your truck. Then, according to the article NM Food Truck Etiquette, “have an idea of what you’d like before you step up to the counter to place your order. Read the menu while you wait in line or come prepared with recommendations from friends and family.”

Remember to bring your spirit of adventure along for this new lunch concept and have patience while on this toothsome endeavor. Positivity and patience will keep the good vibes rolling across the patio.

Be sure to come prepared with multiple ways to pay. Some trucks accept card payments through mobile devices, while others prefer cash. You won’t know what each truck is like until you step up to the counter, so come prepared with cards and cash. Cash tends to be a faster method of payment and accepted everywhere. 

Once you have completed your order and received your meal, head over to the Adobe Rose bar on the patio. Place your order for a soda, water, or tea. If you’re over the age of 21 and finished your work week, order a mixed drink, wine, or beer to accompany your lunch. Adobe Rose accepts cards and cash alike. With your beverage and lunch in hand, choose your perfect spot on the patio.
