Salad
- 5 Cups Spinach
- 1 Cup Strawberries (chopped)
- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Wonton strips
- To Taste Cilantro leaves
Instructions
Spread spinach on platter with cilantro throughout. Layer strawberries, blueberries, feta cheese, and wonton strips on platter.Spicy Strawberry Vinaigrette
- 4 Mint leaves
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 Lemon, fresh-squeezed
- 1/2 Jalapeño
- 6 Cilantro leaves
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 Cup Strawberries
