The City of Carlsbad held a ribbon cutting for its 3rd splash pad in town. This one is next to the Friendship Park, an all inclusive park made for children of all abilities. The new splash pad has been designed to accommodate all children, including those who have disabilities. It should open in a few months when the other splash pads open for the summer season.
