The month of May brings a full calendar for many as we are in the final weeks of the 2022-2023 school year. For Artesia Intermediate School, May also means it’s time for the annual Zia Zing. With a Disney Style theme, this year’s performance is sure to be one for the books!

Under the leadership of Zia’s choir director, Patty Schafer, 6th and 7th grade students have been working diligently to prepare for today’s performance. After weeks of learning songs and dances, choir students will have the opportunity to highlight their incredible talent and work ethic.

There will be two performances today, Thursday, May 11th, at the Estelle H. Yates Auditorium, one in the morning for elementary students and one this evening at 7:00 pm for the general public. Tickets are $5 per person and $10 per family.
