Carlsbad’s Annual Martin Luther King Jr. celebration is coming soon!  This year’s celebration includes the annual fundraiser scholarship banquet on Jan. 13, the annual church observance on Jan. 15 and the MLK Freedom March on Jan. 16 as well as a Kuumba Festival.
