This election includes voting for the New Mexico Governor and Lieutenant Governor, U.S. Representative, Attorney General, State Auditor, State Treasurer, Commissioner of Public Lands, State Representative, Justice of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals Judges, District Court Judges, County Clerk, County Assessor, Probate Judge, and the retention of two Supreme Court Justices.
Darlene Rosprim, Eddy County Clerk, reported today at the Eddy County Commissioner’s meeting that 1,109 absentee ballots have been cast and 4,532 people have voted early in Eddy County. This Saturday, November 5 is the last day to vote and voting is open from 8:00 am -4:00 pm at the Artesia Sub Office at 602 S. 1st Street and at the Carlsbad Clerk’s office at 325 S. Main Street in Carlsbad.
