The 6th annual Jericho Festival will take place this Friday and Saturday, September 9 and 10, in Carlsbad. This year’s event will feature an appearance by guest actor Noel G, from “The Fast and the Furious” as well as presentations by Pastor Sal Perez, Crystal River, and Second Chance. There will also be free food, entertainment, jumpers, vendors, and a show & shine.
 
 A prayer walk and bike run will begin at 8 a.m. Saturday on Skyline Drive, with the festival itself beginning at 10 a.m at the Beach Band Shell. All proceeds from this event will go to The Carlsbad Community of Hope Center that provides shelter, meals, workforce training, recovery, Bible study and other services to those in need.
