Phase I of the 20th Street Reconstruction Project is well underway. 20th Street is closed from North of the Grand Street intersection extending South to the middle of the drives of Sunwest Villa Apartments. This section is entirely closed to through traffic. 26th Street can be used to access the Grand Heights Early Childhood Education Center as well as the businesses and churches located just off of 20th Street. 

Once Phase I reaches completion, Phase II will commence. Phase II will see closure from the middle of the drives from Sunwest Villa Apartments heading South through the middle of the Village West Apartments. This part of the project of 20th Street will be closed to all traffic. Drive safely and be mindful of the closure as school begins in early August!
