Norma Jean Starman, 97, of N. Canal Street, Carlsbad, NM, passed away May 29, 2022 at her home.  Cremation will take place and no services are scheduled at this time.  Norma was born June 4, 1924 in Tama, Iowa, to Floyd and Inez (Kleinfleter) Whitten.
