Zelphia Mae Herring left this world of pain, early Sunday morning, May 1, 2022.  Born near Abilene, Texas, on January 23, 1926.  The oldest of Frank and Vera Lilly.  Cremation will take place, and no public services will be held.

She is preceded in death by two sons:  Evan and Eddie. Zelphia is survived by one sister, Erma Henson of Atlanta Georgia, one son, Eric Herring and wife Nicole of Artesia, New Mexico, three daughters:  Judy Minsart of Carlsbad, New Mexico, Linda Zenger and husband, Bill of Santa Fe, New Mexico, and Sue Gollab of Lake Arthur, New Mexico.  She is also survived by12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
