It’s signing season for young athletes! Here’s a few of Artesia’s own high school students taking their game to the collegiate level:

On February 9th, Zayden Lopez signed his letter of intent to play football at New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell. He joins the NMMI Bronco football team.

On March 18th, Lady Dog Soccer player, Kearsty Nielsen, signed her letter of intent to play college soccer at Lincoln Trail in Robison, Illinois. She joins the Illinois Eastern Community College circuit at Lincoln Trail College which competes in baseball, men’s and women’s basketball, golf, men’s and women’s soccer, softball, and volleyball. The college also offers a cheer team.

Congratulations Zayden and Kearsty on your next step! Play on!
