Plan your weekend to attend the Artesia Car Show, Yucca Trade Days, and Tim Tebow’s “In the Red-Zone” speaking event for an exciting non-stop weekend April 1-3! At 6 pm on April 1st, the car cruise begins. Come to Heritage Plaza to watch and enjoy the wide variety of classic and tricked out vehicles! If you’re interested in taking your ride on the cruise, registration lasts from 1-6 pm at Heritage Plaza.

Cars will then be on display along Downtown Mainstreet from 9 am to 3 pm for the car show April 2nd. Spectators get in free, and there will be a variety of food, music, and fun!

Yucca Blossom Trade days will also be in progress Saturday the 2nd and continues through Sunday the 3rd. Trade days will be held at the Eddy County Fairgrounds. Yucca Blossom Trade days is an event for all ages. There will be 45+ vendors for indoor and outdoor fun for the family. Axe throwing, face painting, and bounce houses are just a few of the types of entertainment available.

Once you’ve shopped and played your heart out on Saturday, make your way to the Artesia Hight School Bulldog Pit (Gymnasium located at 212 S. 13th Street) at 7 pm, Tim Tebow speaks for free! Tickets are required to the event. Reserve your free ticket by calling 575-746-2744 or dropping into the Chamber of Commerce at 107 N. 1st Street. Doors to the Bulldog Pit open at 5:30 pm. Mr. Tebow will deliver a message customized for Artesia weaving, “his professional sport life into the many stories of victory and failure to deliver a message that will be perfect for every member of the audience” writes the Artesia Chamber of Commerce. Action-packed and inspirational is the theme for this unique weekend in the region!
