We provide general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry for adults and children. Our services also include sleep dentistry as well as cosmetic and dental related Botox.
How long have you been in business? Please share a brief history.
Dr. Kay Younggren came to work for Dr. Greenhaw in 2006 and purchased the practice in 2009. The practice has a long history of providing dentistry to Artesia and the surrounding areas for over 50 years. In July of 2014, Smile Xpressions opened a new state of the art dental facility. We then added an additional provider in 2018, Dr. Katelyn Gunn.
What makes your business unique?
We view our patients as part of the family and treat them as such. Our philosophy is to offer everyone ideal dentistry. We realize that your oral health is connected to your overall health and preventive care and maintenance are key.
What aspect of this business are you most passionate about?
We are passionate about people keeping their teeth for a lifetime. Their appearance and function are key to a healthy body.
How do you stay involved in the community?
We serve our community in clubs like the Artesia Downtown Lions Clubs, volunteer dental screenings at senior citizen centers, and provide dental education at the elementary schools. We also participate in Donated Dental Services, which is a program organized by the New Mexico Dental Association Foundation which offers free comprehensive dentistry to qualifying individuals in need of service.

We strive to be the best by building lasting relationships with our patients, having state of the art equipment, minimizing wait times, and continuing our education. We have a strong team that genuinely cares about our patients and their health.
