Here’s what to expect at the upcoming “Casual Convo with a Candidate” with Artesia, New Mexico’s Mayoral hopefuls:

 

Park your car and enter the Chamber of Commerce. Great the fabulous Chamber ladies, Coxy and Jessica. They will show you to the conference room. Grab a slice of pizza and a bottle of water. Find a rolling chair around the conference table or cozy up into one of the comfy, maroon armchairs or couches.

 

Listen to what the candidate has to say. They’ll tell you a little background and what they are all about. Once they have presented, ask a question or two. Ask about first responders, outdoor recreation, their history, their views about city managers to give a few ideas. Enjoy the freewheeling discussion, questions, and answers. 

 

The next two are February 17 and 23rd with Terry Hill and Luis Florez from 12 to 1 pm 107 North 1st Street at the Chamber of Commerce.
