Glyna Marie (Cox, Montez) Mullins

Glyna Mullins passed away in the early morning hours of January 2nd at her home in Artesia. Cremation is planned and a Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
On April 12, 1990 Glyna married the love of her life, David Mullins, who survives her. She is also survived by her children Michael Mullins of Indianapoli, Indiana, Ruben James “RJ” and Savanah Montez of Artesia, NM, Kimberly and John Riggins of Tacoma, WA, and Cheyenne Mullins of Artesia; her grandchildren Jayden, Lizzie, Lexi and Corey. She is also survived by her brothers Wesley Cox of Lubbock, William and Alison Cox of Albuquerque, twin brother Lawrence and Wendi Cox of Las Cruces, sister Elizabeth Kay Ross of Wilmington, NC, sister-in-law Delene Cox of Albuquerque and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and so many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents Elizabeth “Liz” and Delbert Boggs, brother Oscar Elbert “Bert” Cox, brother-in-law Dee Ross and sister-in-law Barbara Cox.
Glyna loved to celebrate by having family gatherings and her whole life was dedicated to others. She always put others before herself. She was the family historian and could always answer any questions you might have. Glyna leaves a massive hole in our hearts, but she leaves such wonderful memories that we will always treasure.
