We have a little more information on our new college board. On Thursday, board members for Southeast New Mexico College drew numbers to determine how long their first term would be. This was done to ensure that future elections are staggered. Mark Cage and Tiffany Frintz each drew six year terms, while Bill Murrill and Ned Elkins drew four year terms. Sarah Jo Bowman drew a two year term. Our new college board will take their oaths of office in early January.
