Eddy County’s Construction of Old Cavern Highway is scheduled to begin on April 5. Flagging operations will be utilized with advanced warning signs in place to let residents know of lane closures. Motorists should expect travel delays and are encouraged to seek alternate routes of travel. Work hours will be from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
