SANTA FE, N.M. —
Hollywood is helping out right here in the Land on Enchantment.
A Stranger Things star is giving to the hungry in northern New Mexico.
Millie Bobbie Brown posted on her Instagram Saturday saying she and her family donated $20,000 worth of meals to The Food Depot in Santa Fe.
“While we stay home and do our part to flatten the curve, we must not forget those in need. My thoughts are with the great people and crew from Santa Fe, NM whom we didn’t yet get to meet in our company move on Stranger Things. In appreciation of this community, my family and I have donated 20,000 meals to The Food Depot, which will provide meals to those hungry in the Northern New Mexico service area.” Brown said in her post.
Stranger Things is scheduled to shoot the show’s next season in New Mexico, but filming has been postponed due to the coronavirus.
